My cat seems as if he doesn’t even like to walk on the floor! He is always walking up on the kitchen table, counters, end tables, etc. I tried the spray bottle method. Instead of running, like a normal cat should have done, he crouches down and covers up his head and refuses to budge! Is there anything I could do to break this terrible habit?
well thank you for your opinion, however i must admit that it sucks.
i already have a dog. now i need a solution for what to do with the cat.

The meantime try getting metal canister with being where hes not supposed to be up high just bit of scrap lumber and slap the reasons he is because cats love to be or take folded up newspaper and some dog and putting few pebbles in it everytime you catch the loud slap sound hopefully this will get.
