How can I make the tables/sections on my myspace page even without regenerating the whole layout?

Currently all of the tables are different widths and it looks messy. Also, IE handles the tables differently than Firefox so in IE all of the tables are aligned left and in Firefox they are centered. I’m looking to make all of the sections uniform.
