How do I measure my dining room table for the correct size tablecloth?

Do I measure length, width and height?

My dining room table is “sort of” rectangular in shape. I bring this up because it is an old table - almost 50 years old, and I don’t see any formal dining room sets with a table quite shaped liked this.
