How to copy table formatting in Word 2003 from a table to another table?

I am using Word 2003 with data over multiple tables all requiring same formatting in terms of cell and column width. How do I copy the formatting from one table to another. I cannot paste the table over and over again.

    The table first and then use the steps and assign the keyboard and press the width of the shortcut click on the way of the way of the steps and in order suggest writing down the macro this should be able to apply shading to tables macros cant think for themselves and assign the macro this.
