What color coffee table would go best with my other furniture?

Mrs. G asked:

I have a birch wood entertainment center, and a light blue sofa (it is the hydra color sofa from Rooms 2 Go). I am going for a beachy look & feel. Our walls are a sand color with white bead board half way up.

Would a white coffee table look out of place with the birch colored entertainment center? I thought if I got a birch coffee table it would be too matchy matchy…I would like to know others’ opinions on this.
Thx!

Table that goes with the birch wood.
Table that would also look pretty with your sofa color or maybe even black coffee table that would also look pretty with the birch wood.
